The procedure for purchasing the Diploma/LVT/Special Admission Form at the Ahmadu Bello University ,Zaria are as follows:

• Candidates go to the following designated banks to pay for the form
• Candidates after payment at the bank should ensure that they are given a Payment Slip at the bank with their Transaction Code printed on it
• Candidates visits the Ahmadu Bello University at www.abuportal-ng.org the diploma application form link
• Candidates after clicking on the above link is asked to enter the transaction code printed on their payment slip to verify their payment
• After payment verification,candidates are required to upload :
  • a scan passport photograph in JPEG format not more than 100KB in size
  • a scan image of their signature in JPEG form not more than 100KB in size
• The application form will be loaded after completing the above steps for filling
• Candidates are required to fill in the following information
  • Personal Information
  • Programme & course of study
  • O-Level information
  and then ensure that they submit the form online
• Candiates are required to keep their payment slips for they will be using it to login in back in other to check their admission status
• Application for Diploma Courses at the Institute of Administration and Institute of Education are not available online for this Session
• B.Sc. Agricultural Extension - for Serving Mid-Career Extension Workers (Sassakawa) Programme is not available online now. The sale of forms will commence by middle of January and close by middle of February 2011.
